• A platform for designers to sell and share their creations.
• A catalog of 3d objects and other digital material for the craft
• Services to create physical products from digital content created by the designer.

RoyalWarGame.com is a digital marketplace for designers. When you communicate with us using different ways like email, chat thru for example Discord, direct messages via the platform itself, using our website, or other digital communication means you are also complying that we can contact you directly via digital communication. Most of it will be in written form. This is to allow us to help you or figure out problems that might have occurred, but not limited to those points.

RoyalWarGame.com allows users to register and upload content in forms of but not limited to; 3D objects, videos, commenting, profile information, and similar. You as the creator and user are warranting for the material that you post on RoyalWarGame.com, and you have the required licenses and rights to post the material that you upload here. By posting and uploading material to RoyalWarGame.com you are also granting RoyalWarGame.com to display your content for you as a designer to other users on this platform, allow other users to reach the uploaded content, and if set as a buyable object, to sell your objects/content/material (also see “Copyright and Licenses” section). You as a user also represent and warrens that you as a user do not upload copied, pirated, stolen designs or designs that in any way infringe on other design rights and that you as an uploader have the legal rights to give RoyalWarGame.com to present your material/content in a way stated previously. You as a user and/or designer also warrant and represent that you in no way upload or download content that is illegal for you to possess where you live. RoyalWarGame.com reserve the right to remove content without any prior notice that we find not suitable on our website, and/or that might be or borderland infringes on but not limited to copyright laws.

All the content on this website like, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, and logos, is owned and copyrighted by RoyalWarGame.com. Content like, but not limited to, products and product images could be owned by the content creator/designer. You may not use, change, copy repost, or similar without any prior written consent by the owner of the content. All access to your objects is only allowed via the web interface as intended. You may neither use any framing requirements nor enclose any proprietary information for our website. You may however link to our website as long as you do not falsely mislead the user via the link.

All files that you have obtained by buying, claiming (free objects), or given by the designers, can be downloaded and used for personal use. You may not copy, partially use or use the objects for commercial use without any prior written consent by the designer.

If you suspect or believe that any content on the website constitutes a copyright infringement of another designer or party's rights, please contact us immediately at info@royalwargame.com to notify us of this infringement. Please also read more under (“If you need to report a copyright or intellectual property infringement”)

Sins the files on RoyalWarGame.com are uploaded by the designers and users of the website, RoyalWarGame.com does not stand for any damage or economical loss any damage or harm made by the files. We do neither warrant that the files are free from viruses, trojans, worms,s or other code that may damage your computer or connected electronics. You as a user are responsible for sufficient protection to protect yourself when downloading files from RoyalWarGame.com.

All content uploaded to RoayalWarGame.com unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, you are a content provider (objects, videos, text, images, account information….) gives RoyalWarGame.com the right to display and where applicable to download your content from anywhere in the world. In certain circumstances your uploaded content may fall under other rules, those are stated when uploading the content.

We are strongly against pirating and illegal acts in not only design but everywhere. There we do our best to stop files that the designer might not have the right to sell. Unfortsently there is too much material coming out every day to allow us to make the right decision each time. There we are more than happy to get your help in reporting material that the user should not have the right to upload or sell that you find on our website.

To simplify the process we need:

• Information about you, role, contact info, and so on…
• Why do you think the file is not allowed on our platform
• Identification of the product, link, id.. anything that makes it really clear what product you are referring to.
• Any link to the original owner to make it easier t verify that the product is owned by someone else.

Everything on RoyalWarGame.com is provided with an “as is” basis. RoyalWarGame.com does not give any kind of guarantees, representations, recommendations, or any hidden or implied messages of any kind regarding our website, products, material, or content provided on the pages. Nither do RoyalWarGame.com warrant that the website is without any defects, reliable, accurate, or that the content will be corrected. We do neither guarantee that we will adapt the page to fit your need and is as mentioned before, provided “as is”.

RoyalWarGame.com is owned by a company registered in Sweden. And by using our website you agree that the laws of Sweden will govern these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute of any sort that might occur between us.

Disputes that regard the website and your visit to RoyalWarGame.com will be handled in regard to Swedish law. Any disputes that regard products bought via RoyalWarGame.com shall be handled by the responding designer of the product in dispute. RoyalWarGame.com and its owners do not own or help with any legal advice, nor are responsible for the designers and their products sold via this platform.

You agree to keep both RoyalWarGame.com, its owners, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and all third-party information providers that are connected to this website free from any charges, costs, expenses, losses, damages, or legal fees that results from breaking these terms and conditions. That includes incorrect use and negligation from you and your use of the website or access to this website.

Internet by its nature allows you as a user to access our service from anywhere in the world (where you have internet access). Due to that, you as a user agree to comply with all the local rules in both Sweden, where you currently using our service, and, where you are resigned. That includes, but is not limited to rules regarding; the internet, data, copyright, trademark infringement, email, and privacy. You as a user also agree to all laws regarding the transmission of technical data that is exposed to the internet. Including that your data will be stored, used, and moved between different countries.

If RoyalWarGame.com would fail to follow or enforce strict performance of any part of these terms and conditions, that should not be seen as a change or right to change any part of these terms and conditions. Nither should any special agreement with other parts be seen as an allowance for you to follow a separate rule without any written allowance from RoyalWarGame.com. That also includes trade practices or modify these terms and conditions. We keep the right to set different rules for other parties (with a written allowance) without the need to inform you. If any of the conditions stated in these terms and conditions would be deemed invalid or would be unenforceable, that condition alone shall be deemed severable without affecting any other parts, sections, or rules stated in these terms and conditions. Any rights that are not stated, nor expressly granted in these terms and conditions are reserved.

You can not claim exclusive or intellectual ownership of the products or material on RoyalWarGame.com. That includes both products and materials in their original form but also modified ones. All products are provided “as is” without any warranty in any kind or form, which includes, but is not limited to both written, expressed, or implied. There are no circumstances where RoayalWarGame.com’s juridical person can be liable for any damage made directly, indirectly, or in any other form. Any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use the products presented.

Most products sold on RoyalWarGame.com are digital files, due to the nature of the internet you gain direct access to your purchased files. Due to that, it is seen as the product being used at once and can not be refunded. Upon purchase, you are seen to comply with these rules.

If you want to request a refund it can be done at longest 14 days after the purchase date. And as mentioned in the previous section, we only refund in specific cases like: You were charged more than you should You were misled by the designer to purchase a product that you did not receive

Any problems with the files and products you need to make contact directly with the designer/seller. RoyalWarGame.com only acts as a platform to connect sellers and buyers and the payment between those mentioned and is there for not involved in any individual designers' products. You can easily reach out to a designer via the “Private Message” button on the designer's profile.

• If the designer does not respond or refuses to, please contact us and we try to help out.
• If a refund is issued you may lose access to the item(s) the refund is issued for.

The RoyalWarGame.com refund policy for non-digital products complies with Sweden's consumer rights regulations.

Some of the physical products are printed on-demand, which is seen as a “special order”/”Custom order” and can not be canceled if the status has changed from “in Queue” to any of the next steps. These products are clearly stated “Printed On Demand” when ordering, in the cart, and on the product page.

The pre-produced products allow for “distant trade rules”. That means that we accept refunds and cancellations before dispatching the order. The customer rights in Sweden also state that you have 14 days to return a non-opened or used product. After you informed us that you want to return the unused or opened product (within 14 days after receiving), you have 14 days from the date of informing us to return the product. Not until we received the product and validated that the product is in a good condition we will refund the charged amount, excluding the shipping cost to you, and back to us. This will take us approximately up to one week after receiving the package. Make sure you pack the product well sins you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Also, make sure that you validate the products you received directly after you fetched the package. You have up to one week to report any damaged goods from the shipping to us.

To place an order at RoyalWarGame.com you need a registered account on our website. This allows us to handle and deliver all objects/items that you have bought or received from other designers. When logged in you will be able to place an order and pay for the items in your cart.

As long as you have the item that you want to buy in the cart, they can easily be removed or added new until you have the items/objects that you want or need. The information registered on your account settings page is the personal data used to handle the order. You must have the correct country registered to avoid breaking any VAT rules.

Before entering the payment stage you will be able to change and review all information regarding your purchase. you are not charged any money until you progress to the checkout stage and enter all of your payment information requested for the selected payment option and confirm your order.

When we receive information that your payment has gone through and confirmed the payment details (automatically), you will receive an email and will be able to find all details like reference number, price, items, and more about your purchase under “Orders” when logged into the account where you made the purchase. Make sure that you have the correct email registered under your settings page. The first email registered on RoyalWarGame.com will be used if not changed for all communications with you. All items that you bought on the logged-in account during the checkout will be reached either from the object/item page directly, or you will easily find links back to that page as a collection under “My Collection” under the account dropdown.

If we for some reason need to cancel your order, partially or in full, we will fully refund you what you paid us for that specific order or item(s).

If we would suffer from a pricing error on our website, we receive the right to correct the price and inform you about his error, and offer you an opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund.

All prices on the website are shown in US Dollars. The final price of the order is the total price set by the users of the individual objects that you selected from the website and placed in your cart. We will display the total price and the individual costs that resulted in that total price in your cart before you checkout and reaches the payment section, here you can also remove objects that you have changed your mind on. When you have pressed checkout with the payment method of your choice you will be requested to insert information about either your PayPal account or pay safely by most major Credit Card (Stripe) using your card information. Nither of this information is stored on RoyalWarGame.com but instead used by the individual payment provider services (that might store any card details depending on if you decide to do so when paying). When paying for your purchase you will pay in the currency displayed on the cart page (US Dollar) and must be paid in that currency.

We do our best to protect you as a customer and ourselves from fraudulent activities, like stolen cards, and thereby might use submitted information to validate that the buyer is the payment option owner. We might for example check your name, address, and other personal information from the checkout page and your RoyalWarGame.com account against third-party databases to validate your information. We may also securely forward your information to an accredited identity verification partner who may keep a record of your details. All information is securely and strictly within GDPR rules.

RoyalWarGame.com and the designers (owers of the files/objects/items) reserve the right to change, add, hide or delete items/objects at any time without any prior notice. You as a user should therefore always make sure to download the items directly to make sure you have a digital copy of the file you purchase would be removed. You agree that RoyalWarGame.com and the file owner will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the files.

This section is specifically regarding people that upload objects, files, videos, and/or sell on royalWarGame.com. Those users are called Designers and /or Sellers on RoyalWarGame.com.

The Designer has agreed during uploading the product, which mandates RoyalWarGame.com to manage all aspects of the delivery of content to customers registered on this platform. When a customer claims (if the product is set to not have a price, can be via free for all, given by the designer to a customer, or via coupons to lower the price), or purchase the object, the user purchases the rights to use the purchased content with a license for personal use and the Ecosystem of RoyalWarGame.com chosen by the Designer when uploading or editing the object. A license can not be withdrawn from a customer that has previously purchased the product. The base conditions that always apply, and are mandated from the Designer to RoyalWarGame.com, to manage, on the behalf and for the account of the Designer, all aspects of the business relationship with potential customers. This includes linking with potential customers that want to purchase the right to use the Designers content. And that an agreed portion of the designer's sell price is kept by RoyalWarGame.com as a “service fee” for helping the Designer find a customer that leads to a sell, platform, transaction fee, and similar expenses.

Members of RoyalWarGame.com may upload and post content to the website, in form of 3d objects, video material, texts, PDFs, images, posting texts, profile information, and more. You as a user and/or Designer are warranting for your own Content posted to RoyalWarGame.com, and you as the poster/uploader have all required rights, permissions, licenses, and such to post the material on to RoyalWarGame.com and make it available to all our users. You as an uploader also warrant that you do not submit any illegal, copies of other materials that you do not own the legal rights to, copying parts of others material, material that breaches any third-party rights, or any material that in any way is illegal for you to possess where you are located or by Swedish laws, or that would be unlawful to be displayed or sold on RoaylWarGame.com. RoaylWarGame.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel user/Designer registrations or restrict usage of a user's access to the website at its absolute discretion. We also reserve the right to block, remove, or temporarily hide material that we find unfitting on RoyalWarGame.com or that needs to be investigated, without bearing any responsibility for any form of economical loss to the uploader.

RoyalWarGame.com charge a 20% “service fee” from the price set on the product by the designer. This is true as long as the price is a minimum of 3 USD per product. If the price is lower than 3 USD, an extra “micro transaction” fee is applied to cover the transaction fee from the payment providers. When the price is lower than 3 USD for the specific product, the transaction fee for that product is 40%. All of this is shown clearly when creating a product and setting the price. In all of these prices VAT of 25% is already added for the service fee portion of the total price and is a part of the fee for selling on RoyalWarGame.

You as a Designer/Seller can request a payout of your balance whenever you want. But, there are some limitations:

• Payouts are currently on the 28th of each month or the coming next work day date
• Payout request needs to be placed at least on the 25th before the payout, else it will be applied the next month.
• A processing fee of 2USD will be charged on all transactions under 100 USD.
• Payouts only include sales older than 30 days (cooldown timer) based on the payout date.

RoyalWarGame.com is the last contact before the customer gets his or her product. To make the sale process easier for the designer, we charge the customer for VAT if VAT is applicable for the purchase, based on our business location (Sweden). You as a seller should therefore not charge your buyer any VAT fee, since we handle this.

The VAT is applied on top of the price you as a seller set and does not count toward the payout value.
